The Affordable Care Act makes a difference in women’s health!

The Affordable Care Act requires that all new insurance policies cover basic health care for women including HPV testing, sexually transmitted infection counseling, and HIV screening, FDA-approved contraception, breastfeeding support and supplies, and gestational diabetes screening, with no cost to the patient.
